A report published in the October Inhalation Toxicology Journal shows that exposure to vapour from E-cigarettes poses no risk to adults or children. One of the first studies to look into the effects of e-cigarette use was published in the October issue of the Inhalation Toxicology Journal. It found that e-cigarette vapour posed no significant risk of harm to human health. The study was conducted by CHANGE at the Clarkson University in New York. It compared the vapour produced by 4 different high-nicotine e-liquids with the smoke produced by conventional tobacco cigarettes. Some of the pollutants that were tested for included VOCs, nicotine, carbonyls, and TSNAs. As expected the smoke from tobacco cigarettes was found to pose a significant risk to human health. What may be more surprising for some was that the vapour produced by vaporising the e-liquid for both non-cancer and cancer risk analysis showed no risk to health for adults or children. There has been a growing controversy over the use of e-cigarettes with their use being banned in many countries where there is a smoking ban in place. This study should go some way to easy people’s fears about the use of electronic cigarettes. The rapidly rising cost of tobacco based cigarettes is another reason why many smokers in the UK are turning to e-cigs. With the price of 20 cigarettes close to £8, a 20 a day smoker is spending nearly £3,000 every year on their nicotine habit. The cost of vaping is around £1 per day and can be even cheaper with DIY E-liquid kits. There are hundreds of different flavours for e-cigs ranging from regular tobacco and menthol to bubble-gum, rum and even tiramisu flavours. According to Dr. Klaus Lessnau, a pulmonary and critical care specialist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, “tobacco cigarettes are the leading preventable cause of death and disease in the US”. He went on to state that although “electronic cigarettes cannot be recommended to improve lung health, there is certainly some degree of harm reduction compared to regular cigarette use.” Dr. Lessnau explained that there are no major studies to date, but he believed that the impact on lung cancer will be substantial. He explained that “regular tobacco products produce more than 1,000 toxic substances, many of them tar related–whereas, electronic cigarettes do not”. He believes that cardiovascular disease including myocardial infarction (heart attack) and stroke may not see any major impact, since there is a connection with nicotine. Although there are no major studies to date, Dr. Lessnau said that “it is very conceivable that lung cancer will be decreased”.

Stop spidering me.
I no longer want my online business to depend on its ever
changing whims as to what makes a good or bad ranking.
I don't want to spend time collecting thousands of
backward links then find that they are probably worthless
because the anchor text does not contain a suitable
keyword, or the site does not have sufficient page rank,
or whatever the latest algorithm is.
I don't want to buy expensive cloaking tools and run the
risk of penalization.
I don't want to be bothered about whether a domain has a
static or dynamic IP address or have to use different
hosts to make a network of mini sites.
What's that you say ? You don't need fancy tricks - just
provide good relevant content.
My answer ?
Nonsense.
I have a huge content site devoted solely to ClickBank,
the only one of its kind.
If you wanted to find the most relevant content for a
search on the keyword 'ClickBank' don't you think that
would be at the top ?
Well Google used to agree with you.
It was ranked number 2, with only ClickBank.com itself at
number one.
Today it is ranked ... wait for it ... number 426.
It is beaten out of sight by sites which have nothing to
do with ClickBank but happen to mention that keyword once.
I asked a search engine expert about this and he suggested
that it was due to keyword density, in other words too
many mentions of the word ClickBank.
Well that has to be the case - the site is after all a
'Complete Guide to ClickBank'
His advice - try replacing the word ClickBank occasionally
e.g. use 'CB'.
No way.
That was the last straw and became the inspiration for me
to develop a revolutionary approach to getting traffic.
It led to me being called 'The Guru who said goodbye to
Google' in the marketing forums.
And this new approach ?
It uses some of the fundamental pillars of Internet

Firstly the economic forces around the world are making it hard for the average worker to make ends meet, what with credit card debit at an all time high, fuel prices and food costs all going up almost weekly.

Healthy Living Healthy living is crucial for you because your energy and stamina are necessary for perseverance. You`ll notice that if you don`t have energy or excitement when talking with prospects, it`s not likely that they`ll be inclined to join your business. Watch your diet – don`t skip meals and get plenty of sleep.
Be True to Yourself In order to be true to yourself, you must know who you are. To do that successfully, you must nurture self = knowledge through self-searching, contemplation, observation, and reflection. Develop your own personal plans for success, and base it on this self-knowledge.
Seek the Best Source of Advice When seeking advice, you must consider the source very carefully. If you want to shorten the distance from perseverance to achievement, you want to learn from the mistakes of others, rather than repeating them yourself. And you want to use the methods that have brought others the success you seek.
Avoid Inaction Planning paralysis is a very real hazard when you set out to develop your plan to such a level of detail that you are unable to take action. Beware! You can only gather so much information to make it happen; sooner or later you must put that plan into action.
Plan your Work When you have identified and set your goals you will need a plan to turn your vision into reality. Planning is a vital step in getting what you desire.
Eliminate Counter-productive Habits Firstly, you must identify the counter-productive habits or thoughts that you would like to discontinue. Then dump them!!! You must focus on what you can do, not what you cannot do.
Take Reasonable Risks You must not be afraid to take reasonable risks. Without risk, there is no reward. Risk management is more important than risk avoidance.
Get Support You deserve to be around people supportive of your aspirations. All good psychologists, counselors, coaches and teachers will tell you that you must have exposure to a positive environment.
NEVER QUIT When you feel yourself slipping, remember the people who overcame failures and rejections to achieve their dreams. People like Thomas Edison, Ray Kroc, Colonel Sanders, Charles Schulz, and the endless list of other persistent great achievers, who found that success inevitably arrives for every person who perseveres.

Social Networking > The way for 2009 $uccess.
My #1 priority is mastering and dominating social media.
I'll be the first to admit that I've neglected this arena until now. It's been the bastard step-child on my "to-do" list for over two years, but the time has come to change that.
Here's why...
"Traffic and Trust".
Before social media, you could describe the interactions we've had with the Internet as "People to Software".
What you experienced was a static information piece. You could read about whatever you wanted, watch whatever you wanted, and post whatever you wanted.
You could manipulate it by performing searches, and "use" it as a tool like a hammer, but you couldn't interact with it on a conscious level. You couldn't have a "conversation".
Well thanks to social media, the internet has turned into a living, breathing, thinking, talking entity, because YOU and I have been integrated into the software.
It's become a "People to People" experience, so now when you talk, perform a search, make a blog post, or ask a question, the web talks back.
Think about it this way...
Television was a one-way communication channel that allowed you to watch pictures, and listen to sounds.
The Web was like having the ability to touch and manipulate the pictures on your TV.
But Web 2.0 is like having a TV that has a conversation with you. If you insult it, it will insult you back or actively ignore you.
And believe me, the web can be a very powerful and persuasive person. If you've been on a website and read reviews or comments posted by users, you've been exposed to its' persuasive abilities.
The sites that are making this kind of interaction possible like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and YouTube, have started gobbling up the majority of the traffic - and more importantly - the time and attention of people on the net.
For example, the average Facebook user checks their account 3 - 4 times daily, and spends 19+ minutes on the site per session. That's over an hour per day.
Now throw in YouTube, Twitter, LinkdIn. BetterNetworker, and the rest of the social networking sites, and that hour turns into 3+ hours.
Social media is the new communication channel that will dominate the web. That's a fact.
Which means you need to ask yourself a few very important questions...
What will happen to your business if you're not a part of the conversations taking place about YOU, your products, and your company?
What will happen to your business if the web turns it's voice against you?
What will happen if you speak... Even shout... and the web ignores you?
How would you ever recruit distributors, or sell your products?
As online marketers, that's the reality we're now faced with.
You see, the new power this transition is creating will belong to the people like you and I who are able to create an "audience" (traffic), that will listen and support you (trust).
It's not just about search engine links on Google anymore. It's about the size of your following, and the quality of the relationship you have with those people.
But now you've got to have manners...
Etiquette is involved, because now you're literally "speaking" to the web instead of just watching it, and poking it with your mouse.
Each community has it's own language, like ("tweets, tweeting, and re-tweets" on Twitter). Each community has it's own sense of purpose, identity, influencers, and rules of conduct like BetterNetworker.
Yet this is where the traffic is going, so this is where we must follow.
This is where you prospects time and attention will be, so this is where you need to be.
So ask yourself the following questions...
What kind of social media presence do you have now? (If any at all?)
How will you stand out from the crowd of millions of people and build your audience?
Once you have that audience, how will you build trust?
Once you have that trust, how will you turn that relationship into business without betraying it?
Well those are the questions and the journey we're faced with, and as I've always said in the past, "success is in the details".

Special Note
Another tool you have probably heard about is a "Squeeze Page". The difference in a splash and a squeeze is superficial.
